Fran goes the extra mile for the people who live here. When Justice holds its food pantry, Fran loads a truck with food and brings it back for Chief’s personal food pantry. As a manger Fran does a lot for the people here. She even holds cook outs so the residents can enjoy a evening of food and music.”
